As a member of a senior housing cooperative, you’ll own a share in the whole cooperative, which includes the right to live in a specific unit.
All members have an equal interest in the success of the cooperative and enjoy an equal voice within it. Owners elect a board of directors from amongst themselves to oversee and govern the operations of the cooperative in the best interests of all.
